Open-air exhibition - Vitosha - the mountain that gives life

From June 24, all people liking the mountains and the adventurous way of life will be able to see the exhibition "Vitosha - the mountain that gives life" in the Open Air Gallery near the Cinema "Kabana" in the park of the National Palace of Culture. 28 panels will present impressive photographs of Vitosha and interesting information. The photos trace the history of organized tourism in the mountain from the first traverse of Vitosha, the construction of the first huts and the first climbing exercises, to the opportunities for active spending in nature and appearance today.The visitors will be able to see unique moments from the establishment of the first tourist company in 1895, the declaration of Vitosha as a nature park, as well as those from the summer and winter Universiades. The exhibition marks the most interesting and emblematic events that take place today - "Vitosha 100", "Summer Fest", "Shared Games", etc.The exhibition will also present photos of the sights of the mountain, as well as useful activities that can be practiced.
